1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by SysINet Infosolutions LLP ("SysINet", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or website.

2. Services Provided

SysINet provides cybersecurity consulting, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT), governance and compliance advisory, cloud security, threat intelligence, and related professional services. The scope of each engagement shall be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to: (a) provide accurate and timely information required for the delivery of services; (b) ensure they have proper authorization before requesting any security testing or assessment; (c) comply with all applicable laws and regulations; (d) not use our services for any unlawful or malicious purpose; and (e) maintain the confidentiality of any credentials, reports, or deliverables shared by SysINet.

4. Intellectual Property

All deliverables, reports, methodologies, tools, and content provided by SysINet remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their internal business purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercialization of our materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

SysINet takes the confidentiality of client information seriously. We will not disclose any non-public information obtained during the course of our engagement to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law. Both parties agree to uphold mutual confidentiality obligations as detailed in any separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

6. Limitation of Liability

SysINet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee that our services will identify all vulnerabilities or prevent all security incidents.

7. Payment Terms

Fees for services are as agreed in the SOW or invoice. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest charges. SysINet reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to remedy the breach within 15 days. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. SysINet is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of these external sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

10. Modifications to Terms

SysINet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
